Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to have a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only in case of defective, damaged, or wrong product delivered. To initiate a refund, please contact us at sargohealthandwellness@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment (as per Razorpay and your bank’s policies).
Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return/refund (Pet Food & Treats, Health Supplements & Wellness Products, Grooming Tools & Accessories, personalized/custom products). This will be mentioned clearly on the product page.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt – digital or physical) is mandatory for processing any return request.
Please note, returns or exchanges will not be accepted (unless received damaged, defective, or spoilt) for the following categories:
Pet Food & Treats
Health Supplements & Wellness Products
Grooming Tools & Accessories
Toys
Feeding Bowls & Feeders
Bedding, Mats, and Travel Supplies
Cat Litter
In the case of combo products, partial returns will not be accepted (e.g., if a combo contains 12 units and only 11 are unused, returns for those 11 units will not be accepted).
Each product page clearly mentions whether the item is returnable. If you are unsure, please contact us before purchase.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before dispatch by calling us or writing to us at the contact details above. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
SarGoO reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including orders suspected to be bulk purchases or not for personal use. In such cases, the customer will be informed via email or SMS, and the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
We request you to inspect the items upon delivery. If any product is found to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please inform us within 10 days of receiving the order. We will promptly assess the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll inform you whether the return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it might take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
In case of cancellations before dispatch, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
